Seedbox RatingAbout Seedboxes.cc
Bat Box costs €15.95 monthly for 2 TB, including 10 TB of outgoing traffic. Its main distinction is Seedbucket, an in-house interface for managing files and downloads.
WireGuard is included, with two simultaneous connections available. SSH access is available.
The useful extras
-
Seedbucket - their proprietary app - features a content catalogue (IMDB or Plex home page-style), Prowlarr-like tracker search functionality, has a built-in torrent client UI and a file browser (that was initially empty due to some bug we encountered).
-
qBittorrent was included on the tested account. The additional one-click installer catalog contained about 40 apps, offering a good choice for a managed media setup.
Where it disappointed
Seedbucket failed at several tasks during the walkthrough. Tracker searches returned no useful results, and adding a tracker (that works just fine in Prowlarr) failed. A torrent-file upload also showed a server error even though the torrent subsequently downloaded. These faults undermine the feature that most distinguishes the service.
After the 10 TB allowance, upload speed falls to 10 Mbps for the remainder of the month. That is a severe reduction for remote streaming or large transfers, even though downloads into the box continue.

What the dashboard offers
The service overview links to qBittorrent and an app catalog with installation controls. Seedbucket provides a more visual environment for the media library, though the native qBittorrent UI was more dependable during the check.
Emby’s installer reported success in under ten seconds.
Our verdict
The package is attractive for its app selection and SSH, but we would hesitate to buy for the sake of Seedbucket until its features are more reliable.
